Our Year 3/4 students engage in all areas of Western Australian Curriculum to extend their thinking, learning, knowledge and skill development.
In our class Inquiry learning is the way students learn to ask questions and answer their questions about both class and individual topics and investigations.
We also like to learn with and from local experts, ask them into our class or visit them, to share information they have, on topics we are learning about.
During Term 4 each student is engaged in researching a chosen topic, bringing a written piece of work to school and speaking about it to the class.
Our class camp each year is an opportunity where teachers, students and parents spend time, working and learning together, in an off site locality. Students help with meal preparation and house duties. Donnelly River is a favourite destination as well as other wonderful campsites.
